「The room was horrible, we could hardly walk around without bumping into something. We stayed for 6 days and no one ever cleaned the room even if we asked. Our bed had stains on the sheets and someone else’s hairs. We couldn’t use our tub, the water was cut off for hours, outside was filthy! We found a pill on the floor under the table. Staff would not give us new towels, new bedding, or even empty the trash. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. Don’t waste your money or time.」

「Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.」

「Despite me calling ahead, property would not allow my dog until I began to argue. They literally said that if I wanted to bring a dog I shouldn't have booked the room through Expedia. When they relented, they would only provide a room with a single bed, even though I had reserved a room with two beds. And on top of all this, the room was absolutely filthy. So much so, that we didn't even stay for the 2nd of our two nights there.」
