「Front desk person seems like she was on meth or something kept looking away and talking to herself while checking me in. Couldn't stay focused on the task for more than 5 seconds at a time. Beds were clean but the floor felt gross, didn't dare touch it with my feet. Room windows were filthy.」

「Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.」

「Despite me calling ahead, property would not allow my dog until I began to argue. They literally said that if I wanted to bring a dog I shouldn't have booked the room through Expedia. When they relented, they would only provide a room with a single bed, even though I had reserved a room with two beds. And on top of all this, the room was absolutely filthy. So much so, that we didn't even stay for the 2nd of our two nights there.」
