We had to go to the store and buy Clorox to clean out the tub because all of the mold The towels were stained Somebody Someone use them as a grease rug even their fresh ones look the same

Wasn’t looking for wonderful digs, but a place to sleep after a funeral on a day with an exteme heat warning. First room A/C wasn’t really doing anything after an hour. Innkeeper offered another room, much better. Not much in room, no soap, no Kleenex. Tub hardware painted? Medium/adequate clean.

it is an older motel. but it was roomy and clean. There was no noise. and it was comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay without all the extras at a great price, this is it. There are many dining options available nearby.

Old but well kept

Very old hotel with what seems like permanent residents living there. Very shady interactions happening in the parking lot. Room was clean just very dated. It felt like stepping back into 1980

Nice; acceptable as very few lodging options.

Nice hotel, without many amenities. Not a lot of options in Winamac or nearby towns. Everything was unplugged initially, so it took a bit to get the room cool. 2nd floor, and door opened to an internal hallway. When the a/c shut off, the cigarette smoke crept into the room which was a little unpleasant. But beds and bathroom were clean and everything worked.

Our reservation was for two queen size beds, our room had two full size beds. The A/C unit in the room didn't work properly, the air barely trickled out, there was no difference between high and low fan speed. The door jam looked as if it had been kicked in at one time, there was a metal flat bar across where it has been broken. The carpeting around the walls was dirty and unvacuumed. The bath tub appeared to have been painted at one time but the paint is worn off in many spots making the tub look dirty and unappealing. Next time if in the area we will find another place to stay. We didn't think the price was bad based on the reviews, however our own experiences do not agree with the previous reviews.

The motel is not bad for the price just a bit run down however Hotels.com has the address wrong and sends you to the middle of nowhere.

I drove 6 hours to see my best friend before I moved across country, I stayed here, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the clean washclothes were stained, my comforter was filthy, there were bedbugs and the shower did not work
