「Sehr freundliches Personal. Trinkwasserspender auf jeder Etage finde ich toll, vermeidet auch eine Menge Müll. Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Einzig die Situation an den Aufzügen ist nicht gut gelöst, diese fahren oft nicht nachvollziehbar und damit z.T. längere Wartezeiten. 」

「房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。」
