"Superb location overlooking the harbour. Staff great. Orange juice while checking in was a nice touch. Room adequate but dated and well-used, shared areas eg corridors not especially clean. Nice breakfast. Indoor pool tiny, outdoor pool was closed. "

"Room clean, really disliked self check in. Had to call as relevant access codes not sent via email. Not told room was in another building so a bit of difficulty finding room.Breakfast area very crowded. Overall, we were happy with the hotel though."

"Such a quaint little farmhouse, it needs some TLC and a thorough clean. Lacking in basic amenities like a decent washing line or maiden. We had to bleach the drains and wash crockery and cutlery before we used it. Its such a shame as this place could be fantastic. The tv wouldnt work as a fuse had gone in the adapter, we resolved all the issues ourselves as we received no responses from the management team. The cleaning lady was lovely though we only met her when she was at another property "

"A higly recommended boutique hotel (winner of the award for the best Malta boutique hotel for 2025). My wife and stayed here for two weeks in November (the off season) and it was perfect for our base of operations. The rooms are kept spotless. The breakfast (included) is cooked for you daily. And for dinner in the restaurant (not included) food, wine, and service are exceptional. This is a small, locally owned, family run hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners and staff were happy to provide suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Thank you to all. "

"I highly recommend a stay here! Nice, clean rooms and the view over the landscape from the rooftop pool is amazing. The stuff is so helpful! When I had a addiction for choclate in the middle of the night and the supermarkets was not open the girl in the reception offered me her private Kit Kat. So sweet! The village where the hotel is are very nice and you can walk to several interesting sights. Do not miss this place! It has very good vibes! "

"I had an excellent stay at The Old Mill. The building is amazing and very characterful. It’s immaculately clean. The owners are so kind and friendly. I enjoyed the comfort and the peaceful nature of the property. Breakfast was amazing both in size and in quality. Great transport links to all of Gozo. "I had the most amazing getaway here. I went to spend a few days in gozo for peace. Surprisingly that’s exactly what I got since I was the only one booked here for the days. That brings me to my next point, the owners are the most warm, kind and caring people. Antonio would come in the morning and make breakfast for me and he was always so polite and attentive if I needed anything. I would give this bnb more stars if I could. I came on this journey looking for peace and thanks to these amazing people being part of the journey I’ve found it. If you’re traveling to Gozo I recommend you stay here.
