The property is an easy 10 minute walk from many restaurants, pharmacies, medium sized mall, and a grocery store (monoprix). You're right in the middle of La Marsa, but it is very quiet. The peoperty was very clean, breakfast was delicious (i dont normally eat breaskfast) and it was a very welcoming atmoshphere. The property is very secure, and the area is very safe. My first time in Tunis and I hope to return. "

"A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform guests this in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable. The safe in the room was locked, I asked twice for it to be opened for me to use, and it never was."
