I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Sihem at the reception – professional, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. She truly embodies the spirit of five-star service. A special thank you as well to Adel, the Chief Concierge, whose deep knowledge, generosity, and kindness made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local tips, or last-minute arrangements, Adel handled everything with elegance and efficiency.
