Aside from not having an internet connection for most of our stay, this was a comfortable and charming riad. To be fair, they did say the internet issue was an isolated issue. However, the staff made us feel at home and super comfortable. Cheihk and Nelly were very accommodating and gave us really good suggestions for dining and directions!

We loved our stay in this Riad. Is small and private, the room was modern and super comfortable. The service was great and dinner was amazing. The only thing is that we arrived late and it was just one person in the riad that just spoke french so is was a little confusing. We were unable to use the terrace because we were the only ones in the riad and it wasn’t put together when we tried to take breakfast there. I recommend to arrange everything with the riad (transportation, tour in marrakesh, and the spa) The hamman package with massage was totally worth it.

Riad Vanilla - Wonderful

The Riad was simply perfect. Directly.in the heart of the Medina but extraordinarily quiet. Nellie and Cheks made the visit very easy and were able to accommodate any need quickly.

This is centrally located in the Medina area. Very easy to navigate considering the many alleys where you can easily get lost. But the highlight of our stay is the world class customer service of Abdil! We've never experience such an excellent customer service anywhere! He always has a friendly vibe attitude! Concierge, chef, front desk, name it he does everything! Abdil made our stay unforgettably pleasant!! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Abdil!!

Fantastic place

Very nice place in the middel of the old Médina. Beautiful Riad - very exclusive and wonderfully restored. The location was perfect and the ambiance very authentic. Nelly - the host - was very helpful and told us where to go.

Pleasant and quiet stay in the middle of old city

Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I would love to come back again. We stayed just for one night, but totally felt at home. The manager was very friendly, warmly welcomed us, showed us how to get around the neighborhood and even helped us arranging our upcoming plans in Morrocco. The riad is tastefully designed, has a refreshing small pool in the courtyard and a jacuzzi on the roof. As it is not possible for a car to come in the end of the ally, touktouk would be the best choice to see the city.
