Clean room, breakfast was good and shared it with the bees, the milk tumbler had a black stuff coming out when I poured the milk in the cup, small bathroom… there’s no elbow room when you sit on the commode, no shampoo but had a body wash in a little container that we used for washing hands, no bottled water( I asked Joseph for two), noisy( I think the whole neighborhood had a party right below the window of the room, as for the staff, Joseph and the younger guy were polite and friendly. And the property needs to update their information to the Expedia because the issues I had not able to contact them when I tried to cancel the third night. The good thing about it, a short walk to the Jemma el fna.

My wife and I, lived in this Riad during our two weeks stay in Marrakech. I will like to send special gratitude to Yaccine, Youssouf and Muhammed for their unwavering support and hospitality. They provided us with rides to and from the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was also great. The riad is in the heart of the madina square.

Amazing all roundz

Excellent riad hotel right at the heart of the centre of Marrakesh. You are literally steps from the main square and all amenities. Great for transport from/to most places including airport. Very well priced for a short stay with everything you need. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable stay with great service

We have no complaints, comfortable stay in a perfect location. Room was bigger than expected and clean, and breakfast was wonderful (thank you for serving us early before our departure!) Great and friendly service! If you get back later at night, use the knocker loudly to be let in :)

Perfect location!

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace provided a great view of the sunrise at breakfast. Out of 9 days in Morocco this Riad had the best breakfast. The location was very central and allowed us to see much of Marrakesh right outside the door. We will definitely recommend this to our fiends that come this was form the USA.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was extremely hospitable, and the location was in the heart of the markets near Jamaa El Fna. The Riad was very cute and safe, especially for a female traveling solo. They offered breakfast on the rooftop in the mornings, which was tasty. This riad was ideally situated so near to the Djmaa el Fna but quite quiet. The staff work really hard to make you enjoy your stay - the ladies doing the breakfasts and the cleaning are cheerful and smiley and the guys at reception are all brilliant - really friendly and kind. Yassine is funny and chatty! Breakfast is served quickly and is very substantial. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this place!

I booked this riad based on the reviews. Even though the staff was very accomodating, the rooms are smaller than expected, especially when you travel with suitcases. They were nice enough to change us to a bigger one but there was an odor that made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast is great with a nice view of the Koutoubia Mosque.

It was a small, basic room but spotless and the staff was super friendly. Special shoutout to Mohamed and his aunt for their kindness and genuine smiles.Breakfast was tasty and peaceful. Very convenient to the shops and dining. My only advice is to check the money conversion rates regarding city taxes upon checkout as these can be erroneous. All in all..a lovely stay. I will return.
