Enjoyable stay overall

Central medina location, in few mins you are at Jemma al Fanaa, the staff is friendly and breakfast is good (you have to walk half a block to a restaurant and use a voucher provided by the Riad). If you are travelling with a family and have luggage there is not a lot of space in the rooms. Wifi is extremely unreliable

Es ist ein schöner Riad in zentraler Lage mit hübscher Dachterrasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen. Im Winter ist es allerdings etwas schwierig, da man das Zimmer nur schlecht warm bekommt und das Frühstück immer auf der Dachterrasse stattfindet.

J'ai eu la chance de séjourner au Riad Ghali lors de mon voyage à Marrakech, et je dois dire que l'expérience a été tout simplement merveilleuse. L'un des points forts du Riad Ghali est son ambiance calme et apaisante. Situé dans une ruelle tranquille, loin de l'agitation de la médina, le Riad offre une atmosphère sereine, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration dans la ville animée. J'ai apprécié le calme qui y règne, ce qui en fait un havre de paix idéal pour se ressourcer. La petite piscine du Riad est tout simplement charmante. Bien que de taille modeste, elle est joliment aménagée et offre un rafraîchissement bienvenu, surtout pendant les chaudes journées estivales de Marrakech. Le Riad Ghali a également su me séduire par son architecture traditionnelle marocaine, avec son magnifique patio intérieur orné de carrelage artisanal et de jolis détails décoratifs. La décoration authentique et raffinée ajoute une touche d'élégance et renforce l'atmosphère paisible qui règne dans l'établissement.

Struttura ubicata a due passi da Piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa, spaziosa, moderna e ben arredata, ma in un posto un po’ nascosto. Piscina molto gradevole, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca e gustosa, presenti molti servizi (transfer aeroporto, taxi, cibo, hammam…). Nel complesso io e le mie amiche siamo molto soddisfatte da questo ottimo soggiorno.

Accueil correct, l accès aux chambres est difficile avec les valises, escaliers etroits, les chambres que nous avons eu trop petites avec des valises mais mignonnes... La clim de la chambre des parents avait du mal à refroidir la chambre ( filtres pas propres) La piscine est petite ,c est juste un petit bassin pour y tremper les pieds. Riad accessible par une venelle, donne l'impression de vivre comme les locaux. Personnel plutôt bien sympathique, et agréable. Les chambres n'ont pas du tout d'isolation (phonique) surtout au rez de chaussée où il y a du bruit, (accueil, discussion des clients, cuisine). Le service du petit déjeuné est long, mettant souvent en retard pour les excursions matinale.

bon séjour au sein du Riad El Ghali ,en générale c'était bien passé,au niveau de la chambre, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner, et l'accueil, même les personnels et surtout un grand merci à NORDINE ce jeune homme est la cerise sur le gâteau😀

Ferie i medinaen i Marrakech

Super hyggelig riad som ligger meget centralt. Flere dejlige solterrasser. God og venlig service.

El trato muy bueno y el lugar también muy bueno. En la habitación que nos alojamos por la noche se encendía un aparato cada poco tiempo que molestaba a la hora de dormir. El desayuno muy bien muy rico. Cuando nos dieron la factura de taxas de la ciudad nos quedamos alucinados. Tuvimos que pagar 30€ más por servicio de limpieza y otros 30€ por servicio las taxas 25€. Es decir, 85€ más de lo que pensábamos . Y encima no admitía pago con tarjeta y tuvimos que sacar más dinero. Expedia debería de informar que aparte de las taxas (25€), este Riad pide más dinero por el servicio de limpieza y otros servicios. (que no es el minibar)

Very comfortable and friendly place. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, bright, and clean. I enjoyed the various outdoor spaces up on the roof. Our only complaint was the airport transfer - they didn't show up. We don't know French or Arabic, and our phone service wasn't working, so getting to the riad was very stressful and ended up costing 400 Dirham (we were told it would be about 40 Dirham). A reliable transfer would have made the start of the trip much more relaxing and enjoyable.
