The riad is beautiful but missing some amenities like spa, indoor spaces, bar or restaurant.
The hotel is a 3 star hotel and this is the service you will be offered. A little over priced overall for what you really get. The breakfast was ok, I really loved the cakes. The riad, rooms are beautifully detailed.
Beautiful riad/ hotel that was right next to all the important museums, the area was great. The bed was extremely confortable and rooms were so spacious. Every detail of this place was absolutely fabulous, the decoration and design was amazing and in very good taste. I highly recommend this riad if you are visiting Marrakech. The owners were so helpful with recommendations . Oh and the breakfast alone was a reason to come here.
Beautiful riad in the heart of the Marrakech medina. It is in a great location with plenty of attractions and nice restaurants within walking distance. It feels super laid back and quiet, away from the busy streets. Maria was very welcoming and the communication was very quick and clear. The details inside the riad were amazing and the terrace was a great place to chill in the sun. It was very clean, the breakfast tasted very fresh and authentic, and overall the service was top quality. A perfect stay!
Mohammed was the best host! He was so attentive to our needs and was great at giving us suggested restaurants, as well as booking a private taxi for us. We arrived quite late, and mohammed took us to a local rooftop restaurant which was fab. The hotel is clean and architecturally stunning. The rooftop is the perfect place to chill on a hot afternoon, and the pool is bigger than photos suggested. Breakfast was varied with eggs, omlettes and pancakes as options, with fruit etc.
We loved El Morocco and host Mohammed. He made us feel at home!
The El Morocco is absolutely stunning. On opening the front door it is like entering an oasis! It is beautifully decorated in calming colours and also smells fabulous thanks to the jasmine trees. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. We even had a portable radiator incase of a chilly evening. There are beautiful common areas and sun loungers by the pool and in another more private terrace. The breakfast was simple but very tasty with good quality ingredients. The staff were happy to make delicious omelettes and always smiling! Maria gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner. We would not hesitate to recommend EL Morocco to our friends and to return ourselves.
Nestled in a bustling alley of Marrakesh, this Riad is a hidden oasis of tranquility and elegance. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated haven, boasting furnishings and a notable rug from Sotheby's. It’s a stark contrast to the lively streets, offering a peaceful retreat without sacrificing the city's vibrant spirit.
Strategically located, the Riad is just a 5-minute walk to the Bahia Palace and a 10-minute stroll to the main market square, combining convenience with serenity and safety. Its position makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the city's rich history and bustling markets.
What truly distinguishes this Riad is the warm hospitality of the lovely couple who manage it. They are incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is perfect. For anyone seeking a memorable stay in Marrakesh, I highly recommend this charming Riad; it's not just a place to sleep, but a delightful experience in itself.
