"The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite with every interaction. When called upon or not the staff were very helpful. The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel."

"Clean room, staff was great, but the jacuzzi tub in room was very dirty. We cleaned it out 3 times and hair and black sut kept coming out of the jets. Although there is gated parking, you have to walk half a block to get back to the hotel. Lots of trash in parking area."

"Our room was fine. Overflow parking areas should be better marked. There is one small parking lot labeled Ramada parking. We were there for a concert at the rave so that lot was full and there was no nearby street parking. We just happened to check with the people at the ambassador if we could park in their garage to find out that the hotels are sister hotels and that is also parking for Ramada. The main complaint I have is with the restaurant/bar at the ambassador. They specifically mention upon check in that there is a bar and restaurant to make sure to check it out. We went in after the concert and the bar was full but not overcrowded. There were a few seats open at the bar and a couple open booths. We sat down at the bar wanting to order some food and drinks. We sat, and sat, and sat some more. The bartender was actively ignoring everyone at the bar. He came to clear dirty glasses and some wrappers right in front of me, I said hello thinking he would also take our order or at the very least say hi back but he didn’t. Turned around and walked away. We were there for probably 40-45 minutes without a single glance or look in ours or basically any one else’s direction. He helped one girl sitting a few seats down from us and 2 small groups that walked up well after us that ordered some food to go. That’s it. I didn’t see him hep a single other person, even people who clearly had empty drinks on front of them waiting for either refills or their checks. It was so bizarre."
