I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! 「The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were great. The only complaint I would have was the shower was a walk in with little ability to contain water. The bathroom floor would get a lot of water on the floor from the shower.」
