「I was offered early check in ( although I had to pay AUD 30.00 ) but comsidering I was on a red eye flight, the offer serve me right. I left one of my vest in the room when I checked out and the staff kept the vest and returned it to me when I went back to collect my bags」

「Rooms were nice. Location was close to CBD. 15 minutes tram. however, ran out of hot water while showering. no room make up while we were out. 」

「除了不是每天有人清潔房間外，其他都十分好」

I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening.」
