「Sehr gute Lage im CBD. Flagstaff Station nicht weit entfernt. Supermärkte und Restaurants fuußläufig schnell erreichbar. Ebenso wie der Queen Victoria Market, der gleich um die Ecke ist. Check-in Prozess war alles gut beschrieben, wo man den Schlüssel bekommt etc.」

「The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping. Thank you...

「Abysmal service from check in staff. First time I’ve ever been given the bird and sworn at by staff when I queried why the deposit was 500% of the room cost. This is after being told to be “patient” while waiting on the street for 30mins to be able to check in. You check in a cafe. There is no reception. This is not disclosed by Expedia. And then Sakura tack on more conditions after the booking is secured. Also not disclosed at the time of booking, but relied upon to deny a refund. A 6pm curfew...
