「Excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean and felt comfortable, with a delightful view over the garden. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice and relaxing. We later had dinner in the restaurant, with a nice selection of dishes and again a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, the wife had boiled eggs and soldiers, they were perfect with nice runny yokes. My full English breakfast was excellent with a perfectly cooked poached egg. 「A wonderful welcome and our room was lovely. The dining area was busy with both residents and local people. The menu offered a good variety and food arrived very hot and well presented. We wouldn’t hesitate to return but would advise that the age of the building means that stairs are very steep and the floors are uneven. 」

「Beautiful room loved evening meal unfortunatly I needed to have breakfast at 8 am due to Work commitments but the Chef didn‘t arrive in time so I had to leave about 8.20 am without breakfast 」

「I had a wonderful stay at the Bull. The place itself is beautiful and the meals were delicious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly as well. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would be delighted to stay there again when I’m in the area. 」
