「The whole experience was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the signs everywhere telling me what to score. It said if I gave 8 out of 10 this would not help the staff. Until I saw the signs telling me what to score I was very happy.」

「The staff were incredibly kind & helpful. I was SO well looked after. The room is gorgeous. It is indeed cosy with the most wonderful double bed - thick mattress & fabulous bedding. I slept very well. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent waterfall shower & nice thick towels」

「We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed.
The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning...

「First and foremost the staff are absolutely superb. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hospitality we experienced here we will not forget. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the barn were all fantastic. Restaurant Woven is an exceptional dining experience and one we can’t wait to enjoy again. Superb. 」
