"On arrival I was charged again for the room I had already paid for in November. After I checked and realised I'd been charged twice, hotels.com were extremely helpful and in the end the management at premiere inn did refund my money ( that's still not in account) the manager there was very helpful and apologetic. Overall it was a good night in the end."
"The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough!"
"We stayed in a twin room in the height of summer, the windows could not open beyond an inch or so, there was no fan and the room was hotter than a sauna. Unbearable. The staff were lovely but totally unsupported being left in charge late with no guidance. We felt very sorry for them. Simon was excellent and made our stay really good.
The garden and food was lovely. Breakfast consisted on a plate with stale bread roll and box of cereal no bowl or milk. Left outside the bedroom door."
"Very nice room with everything we needed.
Good continental breakfast in our room.
Parking was free as we arrived after 6pm lon Saturday and Sunday’s are free.
I would recommend staying here."
