"Nice large recently refurbished room, comfortable bed and lovely soft pillows but the shower room was tiny and the sliding door on the bathroom was very noisy making any privacy in the middle of the night when going to the loo impossible but it was clean. Our only real complaint and it's a big one, was the noise from the pub bar immediately beneath our room. We appreciated that there would be some noise as we were staying in a pub, however there was a karaoke evening including a DJ on the Friday night which went on until after 1am making it impossible to sleep. We were due to stay another night but given there was a band due on on the Saturday night, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out. Real shame because apart from the noise, the Lamb would have been a good place to stay but can't recommend it unless there is a rethink by the owner on what his priorities are"
