"wifi wouldn’t connect, when we called the front desk to ask (I had work I needed to do, and specifically checked before booking that the room included wifi) was met with attitude to “just connect” even though the wifi network wasn’t visible or available. also, you have no control over the temperature of your room, and TV is only regular cable - I wasn’t able to stream anything due to the lack of wifi. no vending machines as well. absolutely gorgeous building with rich history, but for the price, much better off going somewhere more up to date."

"Our go to place to stay when we are in Chicago. Staff is friendly and helpful and beds are comfy. The only downside is that the ventilation system seems a bit noisy to us, we are used to very quiet conditions when sleeping. "

"I had a great stay at L7 Lotte Hotel in downtown Chicago. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Bean and close to Michigan Ave and the water taxi, which made getting around super convenient. The suite was a great size, and the window seats were a really nice touch that made the room feel extra cozy. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the daily happy hour from 4–5 PM, great drinks and very personable bartenders made it a fun experience. I also appreciated the extra snacks and coffee available in the lobby. The coffee was especially impressive, honestly some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. It was strong, flavorful, and a nice perk that saved me from spending $10 on coffee every morning. Overall, a high-quality hotel with thoughtful amenities and an unbeatable location. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Chicago."
