"The front of the hotel looks nice, but inside is not as full of character as this suggests. The room was clean and adequately equipped, and the underground parking was useful. For a “pet friendly” establishment it was disappointing to be told that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and there were no other options for where we could take breakfast, so we declined. "Nice hotel, friendly staff with warm rooms. Parking is very limited and if you arrive late you have to use one of the parking places close to the hotel ( free from 19 to 9). Out of these hours hotel can provide you a free permit. Hotel is at walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Very nice area and busy during summer. Recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and our baby when we came in very late from bad weather! They helped make sure we had a table with food and were so kind to us. The breakfast was excellent with gorgeous views! Our baby loved seeing the animals outside the hotel and we wish we were able to stay longer!"
