「We recently had our second stay at this hotel and once again, it did not disappoint. It is truly an unbeatable hotel located in the heart of Mondsee and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Lake Mondsee. What sets this hotel apart is its rich historical and cultural significance. Staying here, we felt like we were transported back to the Middle Ages, experiencing the grandeur and opulence of a royal palace or noble estate. 「Alles ok」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「湖景很漂亮。」

「Very nice team members and place.」

「Except the location is bit far away from city centre, the hotel is perfect- good condition, room is big and comfy, dinner was excellent and good service. Highly recommended. 」

「Incredible views and clean rooms. Walking distance to town, the cable car and the ferry port.」

「Very impressed with the property, amenities and staff. Spacious clean rooms, nice spa area, and 5 min drive from the lake. My favourite was the peaceful inner yard area where we’d have breakfast and cocktail after dinner. Dinner menu offers meals with ingredients sourced from local farmers! Staff is very kind and attentive. Bed was a little stiff to my liking, but it’s a matter of taste.」

「The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.」
