"Second stay there. Same pluses and minuses. Four star hotel that is really a regular three star by international standards. Terrible parking setup where stalks are not always available to guests and include additional charges. Beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, so definitely not four star. In the flip side, the place is clean and very centrally located. Those staying there do so because of location mostly. If location is not important, go to a Holiday Inn instead."

"The hotel was excellent. Everything is new and clean with a very sleek modern decor that is bright and chic. Lora was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. We truly appreciated the special touch. We did not have any minibar or refrigerator in the room, but it was ok. You can come downstairs to the lobby to get complimentary coffee and water and buy refrigerated drinks if desired. they had great communication by WhatsApp also on our day of arrival, so that everything went smoothly. Definitely hope to stay again next time we are in Plovdiv."

"I stayed here only a few weeks ago for 4 days. When my travel plans changed and I decided to travel back through Plovdiv, I didn't even consider staying anywhere other than Bright House! I was delighted to return. Once again, Dimitar was the nicest, most accommodating, helpful, friendly, all around delightful representative! Once again, the apartment was immaculate, comfortable, spacious, and safe. The location is perfect. Thank you Bright House (and, especially, Dimitar!!!!). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!"
