"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful, pool area was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was loud! When we were in our room we could hear quite a bit of noise from the hall (people talking, kids running), there were weird tapping noises in the morning (couldn't tell where they were coming from) and the construction at the new hospital across the street started before 7am (weekdays) with some loud thumping."

"Stayed here a few times no issue. The last time I stayed using hotels.com I booked a week in advance and pre paid. When I arrived to check in. They had no recorded of my booking. I was one of 4 people with the same issue for different 3rd party booking apps. Thankfully after an hour on the phone with hotels.com they were able to find me another spot close by at no extra charge. I feel like throw hotel ignored my and other reservations in order to charge more. "
