「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「This was a well located property at the heart of Park City. The property was clean and spacious. Overall it was nice, but technology was outdated and the condition was needing a remodel or some maintenance. I would stay again.」

「Excellent location if you wish to be right in downtown PC. Great value for Presidents Day weekend. The fixtures and amenities in the unit are pretty old but everything was super clean and in good working order. Also, I have to shout out Chantal at the front desk who really went the extra mile with communication and helpful suggestions. 」

「I've booked two room but one of the room has not yet cleaned, therefore, we have cancelled one of the room at very late at night which make us feeling up sad.」
