The villa I stayed in was very luxurious! Beautiful and tastefully decorated and presented. This villa was superb and I was sad to go home. Very clean, secure and delightful. Can't wait to return next year.

. We managed to see Pondalowie Bay areas yesterday , that were essential for our trip. Everything associated with the accomodation and your support was well appreciated. As general feedback re the facility, several things come to note. A security/ screen door at the front would help with the flies and fresh air. Unfortunately the air conditioner next to the TV is not a good choice due the noise . It would be better served if a shower screen was installed in the bathroom area to eliminate large areas of the bathroom ending up wet. Externally the leftover building material should be removed to improve the visual impact of the accomodation. An information folder on the operation of appliances and Tourist Information would be well received. Finally the reference to the DVD should be removed as discussed the other day. Just a few thoughts , not meant as a criticism of the facilities which overall has been ideal in all aspects. Graham

Nice size villa, has most things you need, and good quiet location. Two balconies was handy. Exhaust fan in bathroom broken and disgustingly dirty, so lots of mould around shower. Lounge stained and filthy, had to put a blanket over to sit on.

National Park Accommodation

Not a bad place to stay to access the national park. Self contained unit was very big and had additional beds. Linen and towels aren’t included but can pay a fee for them to be left in your room. Room had a good kitchen, as there is little food options in the area (except for the tavern which was very good) so bring food to cook. Floor felt dirty, from sand I expect, which is to be expected in a beach side area. I’d stay again due to its convenient location to the national park, and the easy check in process which just involved grabbing the key from a lock box.
