「My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

「So this property was very clean and very good value for the money. The only criticism I have is that it was kind of loud. As usual the walls are thin so you can hear people wallowing in the halls. The biggest issue I had was that the bathroom fan does not turn off. This noise was not ideal for a good sleep but in the grand scheme of things would not stop me from booking there again. Very clean property. Very lovely polite staff.」

「The hotel is in great need of a makeover! Our room was terribly dirty requiring me to use disinfecting wipes on everything and air freshener to cover up the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana ( supposedly a non smoking property, yea right!!!) The carpets were so dirty required us to wear flip flops so our feet wouldn't turn black from dirt, no kleenex, coffee essentials and the beds were soft and lumpy. Had we not paid in full we would have ran. Best Western you can do better」

「Extremely disappointing stay and I would not return or recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. Many times it was already packed full or had luggage carts taking up space, so we couldn’t even get on. Being...
