「The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine.
