「Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. 「酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。」

「The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!」

「The hotel is very nice and has a great position looking down and over the town of Sorrento. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and everyone of them friendly and helpful. It should be known that the position of the hotel makes it very unsuitable for walking into town but the hotel provides a very good bus service.」

「Hotel is located right on the beach. Loungers and umbrella were included, as well as breakfast. It is a very steep hike up, but hotel has a car shuttle that takes guests up and down to hotel. Hotel has restaurant where they serve all meals. Breakfast was included in the price」
