L'alloggio si trova alle spalle del corso, con tutti i servizi vicini..bar ristoranti.. quindi centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. "Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

She stayed in constant communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed from transportation tips to great recommendations on what to do. She even had our room ready and waited for our arrival, which made such a difference after traveling. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuinely warm personality made our one-day stay truly unforgettable. She is a huge asset to the hotel! The place itself is beautiful super clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but what really stood out was Fiorella’s exceptional service. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!"
