"Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. Negatives: parking is at the other far end of the campground. We were told that we could come through the gates and park at the cottage at 16:00. However, they came banging on...

"We ended up running late because Air France had lost our luggage. It showed up a few flights later which would’ve had us checking in past the cutoff time but Francesco was kind enough to help out our situation and allow us to check in late. Once we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating. "
