Excellent location if you need access to the cruise terminal. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Hotel arranged a transfer to the cruise terminal @15 euros pp, which seemed reasonable. This hotel is located in a beautiful section of town, directly adjacent to the public park and beach.

The hotel facility is old but it is situated near the port. There are shops, restaurants and a promenade across the street which is quite lively. Surrounding areas seemed safe and there was firework on the street the night we stayed. A public shuttle bus for cruise passengers @ Euro 6 per person is nearby which made it convenient to reach the cruise terminal.

What I liked about the room was that he was close to all the activity near the port and had very good views of our room. The bad thing about I did not like was we had very old TVs and one elevator for the entire hotel. The hotel is under renovation, which is very noticeable, hopefully in the near future or the next time I come back to visit, it would be completed. Otherwise I would’ve gave all fives.

Hotel convenient to the port for cruises. Marginal room with no air conditioning and a broken down extended patio with broken furniture and a missing table. Decent breakfast included in our rate. Handrail on the stairs is not actually attached to the wall anymore and multiple broken pieces of the floor, stairs, and entryway.

This is an old but seem to be well maintained hotel. We booked a waterfront room that had a great view. We were here for one night before our cruise. Our room was clean and the bed adequate. The breakfast was very very good! The staff was very helpful and engaged. There are some excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and a good shopping district. Vibrant night scene also. Beautiful park across the street. The hotel is a short easy walk from the train station which we arrived on to the cruise port. You will need transport to the cruise port from the hotel which was easily obtained from bus transport. No problem.
