"Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I especially loved the shower. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm in San Sebastian. "

"The room was fantastic, great location and the staff was very accommodating. My only feedback was the room service menu - and it’s not that it was bad - but it was very limited and only sushi. The parking options (either in the hotel which is what we did or the lot nearby if they are full) are fantastic. All-in-all I would highly recommend this hotel."
