"First, the positives - room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives (1) hard to find the place there is a small sign on the door, about 10 by 12 inches and no street name. We had to ask a few locals and most of them didn’t know where it was. (2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. "Davide was really friendly with checking us in and very communicative. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and looked like it had been renovated very recently. The area is a bit ghetto but very authentic and quiet at night. The church bells start with vigour at 08:00 which is better than an alarm. The roads are pretty narrow around the apartment but perfectly fine to navigate with Google. Overall I'd definitely recommend if you want to stay in bisceglie."

"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper...

"Lovely spacious room in the old city close to the Fort. We had room 104 of the collection of Blanco B&B’s which is over a Bar. This does mean it can be very noisy early in the morning when they’re setting up the cafe and also the early morning garbage and bottle collections are very loud. The people who run the cafe s are lovely and we enjoyed a delicious and basic Italian breakfast there each morning as part of our booking. "

"Hotel is not a hotel but a room for the night. You get a token to present to one of two cafe for a coffee and pastry in the morning which is the free breakfast. The reception is always closed, even at the announced opening times which is inconvenient. It’s rather basic. However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....

"While the interior of the room was nice and clean, the property was difficult to find and there is no one on site, no office. It was basically an apartment being rented out. The owner needed to be called when we got there for him to come and give us keys for the unit. Breakfast was provided by giving you a card to go to a neighborhood café for coffee and a roll."

"Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests. "

"We stayed here Friday through to Sunday in June 2019. With only 7 rooms, a great waterside location with roof garden terrace and restaurant overlooking the bay, this should have been lovely. But the hotel seems, at weekends, to be essentially a venue for large private functions, so paying guests are an inconvenience. On Friday there was a private party with a DJ and on Saturday there was a wedding with a live band. On both evenings the entire roof garden terrace and restaurant were occupied by...
