「The staff were very attentive to us and it was great to have communication if we needed help! Fantastic location just steps to everything one might want to explore in Margate! It’s our second stay there and we plan to return when we come back to Margate.」

「Getting to the first Floor was not easy with a large luggage since the staircase is so narrow. No indication that There was no elevators. Room too noisy at night with fast car traffic passing by. the Windows had to ne openned beause of the hot weather. Not a good night sleep.」

「The position of the hotel in Deal the fact that the room had its own entrance with a key pad to get into it. The only small issue was the sound of the traffic going past but it was ok for us. Very glad to find the room had a AC unit in it as our time was during the hottest day and nights this year」

The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home.
