「One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the...

「Stayed for work. Lovely & clean, warm, powerful shower. Super comfy bed and good quality bedding. Smart tv, dishwasher, lg fridge freezer plus all the usuals. 」

「Great little cottage in a lovely area, minutes from the beach. Great communication. Met all our needs, kitchen well supplied with all we needed. Cosy sofa and bed. Shame we couldn't use the courtyard but were told by a lady there that it was a private courtyard that she owned. She was quite rude. Did not put us off our holiday though. 「Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. 「I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too. I would use again next time I'm in the area. 」

「Great location, clean and very responsive owner who gave us an early check in. Only complaint would be the two single beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in each one. We managed to use extra duvets the second night to make it more comfortable.」
