The room was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and provided exactly the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. The entire staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive, but we especially want to recognize Carlo, the General Manager. Carlo truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, professionalism, personal attention, and genuine hospitality made a wonderful experience even more memorable. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel so genuinely cared for. We left feeling completely refreshed and very grateful for the experience. We would absolutely recommend Saturnia Tuscany Hotel and look forward to returning. "Pool with ideal water temperature of 31’C, 3 pools to be exact. One for kids, one spa!? And Olympic size. It’s just great temperature you get in with pleasant feeling but still let you cool off in hot weather just perfect. My apartment was very spacious with upstairs mezzanine bedroom. Outdoor space is just enormous! On the downside only 2 charging points(2 cars) it’s need more."

"The staff and the look of the resort is top notch! The staff deserves 10 stars. We came for the springs and if you have not been to a pool fed from a sulfur spring, then you will be in shock like we were. We have been to many resorts with hot springs but not like this one. The pools and whole resort had a strong sulphur smell. It was even in our room which was far from the pool. There were flies everywhere, even while getting a massage, flies were buzzing and sometimes landing on me which cancelled out the relaxation of the massage. However, the resort is near the public and free falls/pools which enticed us to the area. For some reason, perhaps the flowing falls and cascading pools, there were not slime clumps floating around, no super strong sulphur smell there like at the resort. The pools should be cleaned of the floating debris more, overall, the top notch staff are amazing and the resort cannot help the way a natural sulphur spring smells or how it attracts flies."

"We just left this past Tuesday. The staff was wonderful! They truly made our stay great and helped with an e-bike tour and a ride to the airport. This resort is wonderful! Such great views from the pool of the sea! Would highly recommend! Also the breakfast buffet is hands down a great experience and value!"
