"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. "The inn is one of many in the countryside of southern Tuscany. It was a beautiful property and beautiful room. The service however was quite poor. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea. It became uncomfortable to interact with the staff."
