Because the property has gotten increasingly busy during this period over the years,( they are great for kids on easter) the ability to maintain the levels of service has clearly become challenging for them to maintain. "It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas."
