When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing. 「The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.」

「Our king bed room had a weird layout of 80% bed, leaving the rest of the space feeling tight and cramped. Lighting is either all on or a small bed-side lamp. The bathroom felt dated and lacked amenities like to hang towels and clothes. Service and breakfast were very good and the lobby and rooftop areas in particular were very nice. The location around is very lively. A bit sketchy but you can find anything you need within walking distance at any hour.」
