"They ran out of scrambled eggs, but offered a cheese omelette which was ok. They were out of pancakes, but fresh pancakes came out five minutes later. Beds are very comfortable and the was room fine."

"The room was mostly clean but there had obviously been major water damage in the bathroom (peeling wallpaper, damage to bottom of door etc), the bathroom barely worked, there was a bit of mold in the shower, there was obviously a major leak from the unit above that hadn't been patched very on the ceiling, the carpet seemed to have a stickiness everywhere, one of the drawers in the kitchen would barely open/close and one of the bedside lamp outlets did not work. Also, its a weird complaint but the bathroom and kitchen taps were way to powerful and sprayed water absolutely everywhere even when only partially turned on. It was weird and by the end of the week, very very annoying. The bedding all looked clean and the beds were comfortable which was good. It was nice having 2 TVs in the room as well. Wish there had been more hooks for towels etc. The kitchenette with stove top was great to have. Kitchenette was also well stocked which was great. Most of the property looked fairly well kept and I saw multiple staff spraying down public surfaces on multiple occasions so it was obvious they were maintaining things well despite our specific room. Overall the staff were great and the location was good for what we planned to be doing. Having Denny's downstairs was handy (not included in room rate). They have some maintenence to catch up on but otherwise good stay."

"Cons: there is no elevator, the upstairs is very hot like smoldering hot. Your upstairs room they dont have air on so when you get in there you have to turn it on to a low setting to cool the room down first night was so hot. We left air on and temperature was better second night. The tub shower is very old but water was nice and hot. Breakfast was a paid meal we choice not to do. The TV remote had no back on it so you have to push the taped batteries back in to get remote to work. Pros: the parking was included. And the location was good. Coffee maker in lobby was a nice feature it made hot chocolate,lattes, espresso and more. The male staff person was not that friendly especially when checking in but after that the housekeeper and when checking out the lady was nice."

"I only stayed one night for a quick mini trip during the World Cup. It was a bit far from the stadium but the area was really nice. I wish I could have stayed more time to tour the area a bit more. There is a little bar spot right next to the hotel. Personally, I am from the city so I am used to noise. However, if you are someone that needs quiet to rest, the train/rail station is right next to the hotel so you can constantly hear the trains throughout the stay. There is also a lot of bar/background noise from the bar itself and other surrounding bars. Again, I do not mind noise so it did not deserve to lose starts because of this. The one night I stayed it just so happened that the boiler broke and there was no hot water in the building. When I checked in, they made me aware of the situation and was told I could cancel because of this, if I wanted to. Since this was the same day I arrived and I knew finding a new location last minute would be difficult (and I was only staying one night), I said I would keep my room. However, a partial refund or accommodation would have been nice, since I had to shower with freezing cold water. Beside that, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and it was a good place for the short stay that I had."
