「The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.」

「The property is up of a 60 steepy wet slippy step staircase.(Dark at night time). Not recommendable at all for elderly and knee or hip issues. I was changed by the owner for a nearby hotel(1min distance) called Gringo Bills, but instead of my queen size bed bedroom(i had paid) i was given a rough single bed bedroom, the abat-jour not working, cold sink water, plus the room was next to the breakfast and reception so impossible to sleep as people go for it at 5/6am and the housekeepers started...

「El chek in fue algo lento y tuvimos que esperar las habitaciones son pequeñas especialmente el baño, el desayuno si estuvo bueno solo que algo temprano, ideal si tienes tours muy temprano pero no si quieres descansar hasta tarde, tuve problemas con el agua caliente pero tuve que esperar para bañarme buena ubicación a los baños termales, cansado para subir y bajar desde la plaza」

「Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the...

「The room was next to a pub with very loud music right on the head board bed. Impossible to sleep until midnight! I asked the personal to change room and they didn't. We could move the day after to another one facing a backyard with chickens and very loud too, including the rooster starting at 5 am! We also could hear the music from outside. Shower was not the best, having problems with the hotel water that took for ever to heat. The hotel is in the very top of the hill so don't care any...
