「Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)」

「Pros: -very clean -easy to check in and out, all done via messages/email and with electronic codes -you only see staff during breakfast, and they are super friendly and attentive -breakfast is great! Plenty of choices, delicious coffee, a very nice breakfast room shared with other guests, etc. -it was super to be able to control the temp in the room, as many times it is set too cold or too hot, great shower, bidet, towel warmer, very good WiFi. -secure parking -walking distance (maybe 15')...

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Fin dall arrivo la struttura ci é sembrata fantastica, d impatto e ordinata. Il check in rapido e la persona che ci ha accolto ultra disponibile... addirittura ha fatto si che potessimo usufruire della palestra al mattino molto presto, palestra peraltro fantastica. La camera rispecchia quanto detto... ogni dettaglio c7rato al massimo. Colazione 」
