「When I checked in it seemed like a decent property, I was expecting to be in an updated room as that’s what I had selected when I booked the room. When I got to the room (317) they put me in a handicap accessible room next to the elevator (I’m not handicapped by any means) so when anyone would be waiting at the elevators, I could hear their conversations even when they weren’t being loud at night. The room seemed clean but dingy and old. If they did renovate the rooms they forgot to update this...

Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts.
