「The room we had was perfect.. we are mid 70’s and we didn’t have to climb stairs. The breakfast location was just a few feet away as was the location of the ice machine. Someone straightened out room everyday and replaced any towels, etc, as we used them.0」

「Friendly staff. Generally clean. I was assigned to the handicap-accessible room. It did not look like it had been occupied in awhile. The bathroom had a bad, mildew odor (shower curtain, I think) and the faucet leaked. The bathroom door was closed and there was no ventilation in it. Also, no night-time, visible signage to identify the hotel, which made it hard to locate.」

I was hoping that it was on the lake, the ad said lakeview and we did have a view of the lake, which was across the road. We were in a shaded area by the trees so it was very pleasant.」

「While checking in they informed me that they didn't have the suite available that I booked. They tried 4 different rooms to put us in. 1st one a/c didn't work, 2nd one shower handle broke off can't shower. 3rd one had overwhelming smell of urine. 4th one we finally agreed to although it WASN'T a suite. It was a standard room. Took a shower and the vent looked like a devise was in the ceiling, very uncomfortable feeling. Pulled the blanket back and OMG! NO! Hair, lots of it. Pubes along...
