"Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de bureau de réception. C'est à l’arrivée que j'ai découvert que l'on devait parler à un écran et après l'inscription, la clef est tombée d'un casier installé sur le mur... C'est un autre monde... Quand à la chambre il y a tout, poêle, réfrigérateur, cuisine, ..."
