「The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. 「The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night. We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...

「下了飞机就看到酒店工作人员拿着姓名牌来接机，这点非常感谢。酒店前台非常好，很nice，房间很小，基本没什么设施，但面对马荣火山倒也不错，没有电梯，行李拿起来有点费劲，没有被子，只有薄薄的一张床单，这点真心不习惯，我只能穿着卫衣睡觉，不然太冷了。」
