「the hotel is at the enter of the city, accessible transportation. However, they don't go with the kind of room you booked. Room were not ready and have to negotiate till you agreed to upgrade. Likewise, front desk staff doesn't act immediately.」

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」

「The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. 「Perfect spot for the Mayon Volcano view. It's located near a 24-hour McDonald. The A/C in room A5 did not cool the room.」

「Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.」

「整体感觉不错，算是当地比较规范的星级酒店，服务设施清洁都相当不错，就是很难提早入住，客房比较紧张。LCC就在旁边，交通和买东西吃饭都很方便。最好是机场接送服务，走那天雨很大，如果自己打tutu一定全湿，还好酒店有van接送。唯一挑剔的就是客房wifi比较慢，早餐食物种类较少，只提供咖啡，红茶要问服务员才会冲一壶给你。」
