It was a pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were fine. However, you need to be a bit careful when showering, as the water drains slowly and the floor outside the bathroom can get quite wet. Aside from that, everything was good. Breakfast was good, with the menu changing everyday. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool. . The staff were friendly, nice, and very helpful.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This place is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city! The moment we stepped in, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and modern everything looked. The rooms are spacious and stylish with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the best parts is the location—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether it's convenience stores, cafes, or local eateries, it's all nearby and super accessible. Big shoutout to Nel at the restaurant on the 6th floor! He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay—always going the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed. His warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manila. Great vibes, perfect location, and excellent service! 💙

In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it. Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service. We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel.

rooms are excellent -but that's it.

not as good as the novotel manila araneta center -however, i liked the design of their washroom better (partition) because when shower is in use, there is privacy to use the sink at the same time, even the toilet.. and the common area doesn't have to get wet. perhaps this is the only thing that's better than the araneta center branch.. everything else, not so convenient.. including the drive to get there.

Our family (14 people) stayed at Novotel Aqua on Christmas Eve 2024. The hotel is modern and clean. It's not quite as well designed or organized as the Novotel in Cubao, which we use frequently. In particular, it's inconvenient that the lobby in on an upper floor, so you have to take the elevator up and down many times, and there are only 2 elevators. Other than that, it's an OK place to stay if you have business in the Rockwell area, bearing in mind that it's a pretty long walk from the Novotel to, say, the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell.

The property had a very bad odour going around in certain areas through the hotel. Location was not the greatest due to it being almost in a closed off community so nothing was within walking distance. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant however the staff at the tempus restaurant, one lady in particular that was working the evening shift seemed to not enjoy her job and was not welcoming at all. When we asked what we could order from the menu she said we only had two options. Half an hour later another waiter had told us everything was available to order. Gym was nice, equipment was very useful.

The hotel is ok but could use some upkeep. The TV channels were not all coming in and the AC was either too cold or had to be tuned off. The staff was friendly but often forgot to bring in fresh towels or tissues. The restaurant is underwhelming. They have security on the ground floor which is nice and safe though.
