Never again in this place

Very weak aircon makes it difficult to rest. Good thing I was tired enough to go back to bed and somehow managed to sleep through the night. This hotel desperately needs a renovation.

A place to stay in QC

The staff, and there seem a lot of them, are all friendly and very helpful. This was impressive. The bathrooms are small, and in mine, the shower needed a bit of maintenance, although water pressure was okay. Towels are a somewhat old and some frayed. Bed was comfortable, wifi was strong and TV selection quite good. Room could have been cleaned a bit better as there was quite a lot of hair not belonging to me on the floor, maybe this was from under the beds, which had been pushed together for me. Location is quite okay, with restaurants nearby.

Overall a great stay

The service was great and everyone was very accommodating. The food was delicious as well. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated, but I liked the rainfall shower head. Beds were comfortable and room was bigger than expected (Deluxe room, 2 twin beds).

City Hive

We had a wonderful stay at Hive Hotel and Convention Place. We just had minimal problems such as the noise which came from the repairs of the other room, the in-room safe which seemed to be faulty, and the make up room button which did not work. Luckily, the hotel staff was ready to help. Overall, Hive Hotel is a great place to stay because of its helpful staff, the fast internet connection, the cozy room, the bed comfort, and of course, the interesting local area. We look forward to our next stay.

Nice no-fuss stay

Front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. I like that we can order room service from their two restos. However, it was a bit inconvenient to eat inside the room because there was no coffee table to put the food on. I wish they can provide a rolling tray or portable table or something. Free breakfast selection was so-so, but it was enough to tide us over until lunchtime.

Towels are gray-colored, tattered and frayed at the edges. Soap dispenser in shower is empty and never filled up.

Don't expect housekeeping will clean your room.

I was so disappointed on my last stay here, I went out at 11 am came back almost 10 pm and my room was not cleaned yet even though I left with a clear sign to make up room..In fairness, John at front desk is very helpful, actually upgraded me to a bigger room, but will prefer a clean regular than a bigger room but not cleaned by housekeeping.

Great Hotel next to ABS-CBN

Stayed here one night before watching Showtime. Check in was easy. The room is furnished nicely and very comfortable. This is one of the best rooms ive been in Manila. The wifi is blazing fast and I was really surprised. Great Hotel for the price.

Very good hotel

The staff was wonderful. Location is superb since it is close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. 7-11 and other convenience stores are nearby. I had a very pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel for a budget price

For the price, this hotel is the best...very comfortable bed, very strong wifi, good location very close to restaurants, bars and ample parking for guests. Minor complain is I wish they put better pillows.

Friendly staff and close to attractions

Fast check-in. The receptionist named Kim (if I'm not mistaken) was very helpful. But the room had an unpleasant smell. When I asked Kim to have the problem sorted out, he immediately sent one of his colleagues to spray air freshener which somehow solved the problem. Check-out was also swift. The guy named Kelvin (or Kevin) helped me with my bags which is very unusual in Manila.

케손시티에서 비지니스 출장으로 괜찮은 3성호텔

전반적으로보면 우선 2년된 3성호텔로써 주변 비슷한시설에 비해 조금 비싸지만 전반적으로 쾌적한 호텔이다. 가격 : 6~7만원 시설 : 깔끔 하지만 물이 졸졸졸 나온다. 이것 한가지만 안좋지만 참을만 하다. 에어컨도 조용히 잘나온다. 난 이용하지 않았지만 운동시설이용가능. 출장목적이라 와이파이가 중요한데 와이파이도 잘터진다. 아침 식사 : 약 6-7천원에 이용가능 마카티지역등의 시내둥심강에 꼭 머물러야할 것이 아니라면 케손씨티에서는 이곳을 추천한다.

Very Good Value Hotel

The main strengths of this hotel for me is the very strong and stable wifi in the room, and location close to restaurants, bars( a lot of night life) in addition to the very affordable price. The main weakness is the breakfast and worth mentioning : mosquitoes in their Skygarden Cafe where breakfast is served, hoping not to get Dengue during my stay. Will suggest not getting the breakfast choice to save money and save yourself from not getting Dengue.

Great stay! Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Got 2 hours extension free of charge. Request for room location was granted. This is the only hotel I've been where drinking water is unlimited. Saved money on buying water. Location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and drugstores. I'll definitely go back!!!
