The room was clean and spacious with a good view of the area. Check in was a little hard and time consuming. Its in a great location, and close to shopping and dining.

Felt like a home rather than a cramped hotel room and at huge savings in comparison. Having a washing machine allowed for packing lighter and washed clothes dried quickly in the air-conditioned space. Being a swimmer, the 25-meter and 60-meter lap pools were wonderful. My new go to place to stay when visiting Manila.

We booked the grand room but it was just average. The property was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to MOA, some grocery options downstairs, and restaurants. The problems we had were that our host did not send us the authorisation for check-in until the day of (they misplaced our email), some of the furniture was already breaking and not safe to use (couch and chairs) and there was an infestation of cockroaches. The problem about the cockroaches were taken care of with housecleaning providing a spray, but we had small children with us and there was a strong lingering smell that was rough for the kids to handle. Overall, the host was very responsive and the place felt very safe as there was a passcode on the door and security downstairs checking for guests coming and going. For a 3-day stay, it was enough to rest properly before travelling home.

Great communication. But I have to say the property has shown that it needs some improvement. The shower seems clean but can tell it needs some deep cleaning the door needs some change it has cracks.

Can’t sleep in the morning during our stay for 3 days there’s a construction going on every morning. Other than that this place is kinda nice and transparent to their advertisements.
