The AC unit must need service because it kept turning off by itself. The room had clear tap pieces still sticking to the ceiling when we entered the room. It appeared as if the rements of a balloon party was held there prior to our booking.

Kitchen had all the appliances necessary for cooking. Also frying pan, pots, cutlery and crockery. WiFi was stable throughout most of the stay. A slight blip was soon rectified and staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Property manager Maryann and owner Clarissa were very responsive to any questions as solutions during my stay! Also very reasonably priced and centrally located on Newport Blvd, in Pasay within walking distance of awesome restaurants and shoppjng malls! Highly recommend!

This place has a roach problem. Description says in unit laundry, which would mean a washer AND dryer available, not just a washer. Had to pack wet clothes upon checking out before getting on my flight. It should be listed as washing machine only so people know they will have to hang dry their clothes. Also is listed as tv in the room, when theyre is not a single channel or streaming service connected. It should be in the listing the only thing available is to watch youtube. Check in process was terrible had me waiting about an hour after the “check in” time after i had already paid for my booking in full and they were too unorganized to have my name listed down to show i have booked the nights I had. Just a terrible experience all around, much better places in the area for less that Ive stayed in.
